As an approved TRICARE® and Veterans Choice provider, the Vines Hospital works closely with military bases and the Veterans Administration to ensure our military service members and veterans receive treatment specially designed to address their needs.

NOTE: Cell phones and laptops will be treated as controlled items and will be provided for use daily at designated times.
Will I have access to my cell phone?
Cell phone use is allowed during designated times and must not interfere with programming. They stay locked at the nurse’s station when not in use. All electronics are controlled items provided at designated times.
Can I bring my laptop?
We understand program participants may have responsibilities that must be handled, therefore laptops and tablets can be used during designated times. All electronics are controlled items provided at designated times.
Am I allowed to smoke?
Smoking is allowed in designated areas at designated times. Smoke breaks are allowed throughout the day at the discretion of program staff.
Can I have visitors?
Yes. We encourage family visitation when appropriate and will provide you with the visitation schedule upon admission. Family and friends may visit every Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
You will meet with a nutritionist who will work with you to ensure your dietary needs are met.
