The HOPE Program is a long-term inpatient program exclusively for military service members and Veterans. It is designed to treat military sexual trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools needed to maintain recovery from past trauma and addictions while moving forward as productive and healthy members of society. The Vines understands the importance of communicating with military installations and VA providers. We invite providers to attend weekly treatment team meetings remotely or in-person, and documentation is sent weekly.
The program is dedicated to treating the whole person through evidence-based approaches. While it is structured with consistent daily activities, each patient receives a specialized plan to meet his or her needs. In this way, the program attempts to provide a secure place for military members and veterans to heal and recover.
Both our male HOPE and female HOPE program participants program, and reside separately on their own gender-specific wing. Each patient who attends the HOPE Program may not receive all the treatments listed below as treatment is individualized to their specific needs.
The Vines Hospital is an approved TRICARE® and Veterans Choice provider. We work closely with military bases and the Veterans Administration to ensure our military service members and veterans receive the specialized care they deserve.
All staff of the Vines receives military sensitivity training.
